If you watch the pool scene in The Great Game, you’ll notice that whenever Moriarty is talking to him, Sherlock never blinks.
However, when Sherlock says, “I have been reliably informed I don’t have one,” and Moriarty replies, “But we both know that’s not quite true,” you will notice that Sherlock blinks. It’s very short, but it’s a very, very visible blink… and it’s almost like a cringe.
Go to 6 minutes, exactly, and you’ll see it.
